At Ad Hoc we are all about freedom. Freedom to work as and when we see fit, freedom to live in a fair and just world where everyone can be treated equally and on merit.
Set up by Debs and Gerry in 2020 to give everyone the chance to earn more, pay less tax and work in a flexible manner whilst ensuring employers can get the best of both worlds to kick start the UK economy and end unfair zero hours contract whilst disadvantaging none. A chance for otherwise unemployable people (can only work certain days or so many hours, may have limited mobility etc to become assets in their own right. Fairly treated and based on meritocracy with 100% diversity as a blind CV won’t show age, gender, ethnicity! Our CV format will only list sectors, qualifications, language skills, life skills, experience and testimonials as to ability and reliability.
Debs and Gerry are committed to giving back to the community and to this end pledge to give 10% of our annual net profit toward rehabilitating and employment for ex convicts and people with addiction issues. We believe in a hand up rather than a hand out and pledge to support those that need it and want it.
